Here’s a few recipes to please any palette with plenty left to spare. Simply refrigerate the leftovers and use within 3 days.
Mash banana, low-fat greek yoghurt and a drop of all natural peanut butter.
Blend spinach, low-fat greek yoghurt and blueberries.
Try a combo of roasted carrot, pumpkin and sprinkle of turmeric. Cook till soft and mash into the grooves. Beware: this is best enjoyed outside as the ingredients have serious stain potential!
