Where does CAT by Dr Lisa ship?

What is the cost of shipping?
Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is $10 per order. We offer free shipping for orders over $120. Express shipping is $15. Standard shipping to New Zealand is $15AUD with an estimated transit time of 5-14 business days. We also offer a DHL Express service for $40 with a delivery time of 2-5 days from dispatch. Free shipping is available for orders over $150. Standard international shipping (including tracking) is $40AUD. If you need your products urgently overseas, please email info@dogbydrlisa.com to discuss express international shipping. You will be responsible for all customs-associated charges within your country.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. East coast Australian orders will usually arrive within 5 working days. Deliveries to west coast Australia and remote areas may take longer. International shipping times vary depending on your location. We will send you relevant tracking numbers once your order is dispatched.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
If you are not satisfied with your products, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are unused and undamaged. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. You assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. If you would like a refund or exchange, please email us at info@dogbydrlisa.com.
Can I modify or cancel my order after I have placed it?
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email us immediately at info@dogbydrlisa.com. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after dispatch. If you wish to cancel or modify your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to do so in accordance with our refund/exchange policy above.
What if a product is out of stock?
We will inform you when you attempt to purchase a product if it is out of stock. If we run out of stock of your product after your purchase, you will have the option of waiting until the product arrives or an exchange/refund.
Can I use more than one discount code per order?
No. Only one discount code is permitted per order.
